Sweet Home Maintenance Cleaning Policies



  • 24 hours advance notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason. Monday clients must call before noon on the previous Friday:

  • Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a $30 late cancelation charge.
  • If the cleaning personnel arrive at your home and you forgot to leave the door open, leave a key, or are instructed by you to leave without cleaning for any reason, you will be charged 50% of your regular cleaning cost.
  • Should any member of your household require the use of syringes, please ensure that they are disposed of safely.
  • Please be sure that any confidential and personal documents or substances are put away before the cleaning team arrives.
  • Our company does offer a 100% guarantee on all of our cleaning services. Any necessary adjustments must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the cleaning date for resolution by one of our cleaning staff members at no charge. After 24 hours, standard cleaning charges will apply for any additional cleaning.
  • Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning. After 30 days, outstanding charges will be turned over to a collection agency.
  • Customer is responsible for paying bank fees for checks returned for insufficient funds.
